Thanks for staying to read this next instalment, I am trying something new with this newsletter, so hope you're ready for this update. So I’ll leave you hear with some tips for handling some general adulting things:

Food for thought

  • Somethings generally suck and we can’t avoid that. It's normal and it's ok- Life is not rainbows and positive vibes all the time

  • Figuring your own way through is a part of life, but part of figuring things out is learning when to ask for help. Don’t suffer in silence

  • I like to remind myself “Whatever is FOR me will COME to me” - that disappointment when it doesn’t go your way is so normal, and yet painful, but don’t let it stop you from trying to achieve what you want for you

Adulting is made that little bit easier when you know there is someone going through it alongside you. Sharing the heart is like a gentle pat on the shoulder, reminding you, you’re not alone. Here you go💛
