How much time are you spending online?
'Bad habits' are pretty hard to break, but maybe this digital download will help.
(Read time <5 mins)
Hey,
Oh my gosh, we are in June already! Time is flying and I barely feel like I am handling it well. This is a good time to check in on your new years resolutions, from all the way back in January.
I did not make any, but I am actively trying to stick to goals that I set each month. A new one for me is to have a more healthy relationship with my technology. I doom scroll a lot, and the procrastination from reality, is REAL. So, I figured it’s a good idea to actually try and build a healthier balance between my technological life and my general wellbeing. (Being chronically online has never helped anyone, especially me)

Digital Wellbeing
My digital wellbeing is pretty poor. Scrolling uncontrollably before bed, and as soon as I wake up. I only get a reprieve at work, because I don’t have to the time to sit and scroll, but at work I am also staring at a screen still. I know it’s not good for my long term health, my memory retention or my overall joy of existing.
So, here is a short guide that shares research and tips to improve digital wellbeing, and it’s provided by my previous collaboration with Rainwater Growth. I posted their blog on networking last week, and now they have graciously offered a free resource to you, the receiver of my newsletter.
It’s worth the read, and they practical tips they provide, has already made my life less overwhelmed with digital media. I recommend you give it a read, and if you like their content, definitely check out their site. Click here for the digital download.
Hope you have a great week, and the tips in the digital wellbeing guide are just as useful to you, as they are to me 😊
Thanks for reading!
Rue
