Things to remember this FY
Thinking about how to manage your finances this year?
(Read time <5 mins)
Hey,
Welcome to April, the start of the new tax year (in the UK) and my launch of an informative newsletter. It's the perfect time to jump back on those financial resolutions, so here are somethings to remember.

4 things to remember this FY
You have a new £20,000 ISA limit to share between all different types of ISA’s
Did you know you can hold more than one of the same type of ISA? (I plan to open another LISA late this year) If you’re a first time house buyer, stamp duty doesn’t apply until you buy a house over 300k
If you are not a first time buyer stamp duty will apply after 250k (and there are different bands)
What’s to expect on the financial climate of the UK? - Ha! I don’t know, and I don't really want to spiral to find out. But for now, I will focus on existing each day.
Finances are a big part of stress for adults, so having some knowledge on what’s available to you, can help lighten that burden - check out these pages for more info (ISA’s and Stamp Duty)
Thanks for reading and I hope you have a great week.
Speak soon,
Rue
